So, basically, here's what's happening: I'm loving this right now.
It's Halloween, and with the great change in the weather there is a great change in everyone's mood. It was time for summer to be over and take the heat with it! Everyone is playing dress up right now for Halloween parties, on property and off, and for the first time in my life I don't know what to wear!
Epcot Food and Wine festival is still going on with the Eat to the Beat concert series! Sugar Ray was a great concert--who knew that guy is so hilarious? And he brought kids on the stage to dance. Brownie points. I'm getting excited for Hanson and Boyz II Men...
Also, new roommates! The original 8 are now the original 3, with some new additions. We're a crazy bunch, but it's fun!
On a different note, my advice for anyone coming to this program or really moving any place away from home is get connected with a church group and stay involved! The people of Concord Street Church of Christ have taken me in and made me feel at home. Love my Concord family!!
